After years of living with insomnia myself, I know first hand the profound difference CBT-I can make. My passion is to help others get better quality sleep and live life to the fullest. I know that a better life is indeed possible! In fact, I feel so strongly about this that I am now dedicating my practice to helping people recover from chronic insomnia and reclaim their lives.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia and Online Counselling. I hold a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC (BA in Psychology from SFU).
